Description Recently refurbished one-bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya.. You will feel immediately at home with the coloured walls, paintings and plants. The furniture is a mixture of modern with antique.

The apartment consists of a living room with two double sofabeds, TV, stereo and balcony (where you could sip a drink after a long day sightseeing), bedroom with large double bed, modern bathroom and big open kitchen with both a breakfast bar and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen has got all amenities to prepare your meal... the famous Boqueria food market is a 5 minutes walk away!

It is quiet and bright and has got all amenities incl. AIR-CONDITIONING (a must in summer over here), heating, washing machine, as well as a shared roof terrace.

This is not a typical anonymous holiday apartment! As I have travelled a lot in the past for my profession, I know how important it is to feel at home when away from it! There are books and magazines plus a large information package with things to do in Barcelona, off-the-beaten-track sights, recommended restaurants (where the locals go) etc.
NotesThe apartment is situated in the Old Town with its narrow streets and the surrounding area is full of boutiques, mini-markets, art-galleries, cafes and restaurants. It is situated on the fourth floor of a building dating back to 1847 (no lift but easy way up).

One review of the property : Just wanted to report that the flat in Calle San Vincente is a great place to stay. Cosy and comfortable inside. Reservation PolicyA 30% deposit is required at the time of the booking (via credit card or bank transfer). The remainder is to be paid in cash at arrival.

Not included: one-off fee for cleaning/preparation of 35 euro.
