Description Three bedroomed villa close to golf and tennis activities is suitable for 5 persons .The villa located on the South-east coast of Spain along the Costa Blanca in a quiet area five minutes walk from Villamartin & Los Dolcis commercial centres. It has its own gardens front and back laid out in grass and with a palm tree and a fig tree and overlooks a park/open space to the front and to the back. It is three bedroomed (which accommodates 5 people), one double (with en-suite); one twin and one single bedroom. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage spaces. It has an open plan lounge and dining area, with two couches and a dining table for six people. There is also a utility room with washing machine.

The house is fully furnished and includes satellite TV and ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort. For autumnal & winter climates, there is a gas (super ser) fire. The kitchen has a gas cooker and oven; a microwave, fridge and is fully equipped. Beach towels etc. are not supplied.

There is a veranda (terrace) to the front, a patio to the back and a (very private) sun terrace (solarium) at first floor level, for outdoor eating and sunbathing. It also has outside sun shades, back, front and the solarium for shade from the summer sun. There are tables, chairs and sun beds for enjoying the outdoors.

There are also two adjoining communal swimming pools for the houses in the immediate area, one for adults and one for children, with showers sun shades, and grass sitting out areas.
We are beside the attractive golf course of Villamartin which was the venue for the 1994 Mediterranean Open and the 1994 Transatlantic Cup.

NotesThe Costa Blanca enjoys about 300 days of sunshine a year and even an average winter temperate of 18C, the region is the place for a thoroughly relaxing time, ideal for couples wanting to escape their routines or for families with young children who want a holiday in comfort and security.
Villamartin is located 6 km south of the ancient coastal city of Torrevieja(more info), and is convenient to four major cities for sightseeing, museums(more info) and shopping etc: (1) Alicante; (2) Murcia; (3) Cartagena – thirty-five minutes drive; (4) Orihuela which is the ancient and administrative provincial town -12 km away

Reservation PolicyA deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking. The 60% balance is required 42 days or six weeks before date of arrival. If the booking is made within six weeks of the date of arrival, the full rental is required.


Rents are subject to negotiation for long term and lettings over two-weeks duration.

Linen-Cleaning charge of £45 (€70) applies; and there is a €100 fully refundable deposit for damage and breakages.

Electricity and water costs are included in our rental charges.

The house is available from 1430 hours.
Tenants must be out at 1000 hours on day of departure
