Description It is a luxury villa located on the edge of the Andalucia town of Coín in the heart of the Costa del Sol only 15 mins from Malaga Airport and 20 mins to the nearest beach.

The glitz and glamour resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30min drive via the new coastal link road.

Large private pool with terracing spectacular views and gardens

Large lounge and dining area, leading on to two terraces facing to the east and west for morning and afternoon sun. Both terraces overlook the pool with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

In the lounge there is a separate dining area with capacity and setting for up to 8 people. If you prefer dining alfresco you can use the dining area’s on the terrace or by the pool.

The lounge and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with cooling and heating available.

Sun loungers are provided on the terraces.

The lounge is fully equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, Sat TV.

There is a double sofa bed for two people.

The master bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes, with views and windows leading onto the terrace.

The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and views to the mountain behind.

Large fully equipped kitchen with Hob / Oven, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher.

Large family bathroom with bath (shower over) WC, and a further separate shower area.

There is a separate cloakroom with WC.

There is a further one bedroom Pool apartment available as an optional extra, This forms part of the Basement area and leads out on to a private terrace at the pool side. The accommodation has a Lounge, I bedroom with En-suite bathroom. There is a Sofa in the lounge and Twin beds for the bedroom.

The apartment is available at an additional 150 Euro per week
for any season.

NotesOur villa can be occupied from 16:00 hours onwards and must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of your departure. These are standard hours but we will try to be flexible if we can subject to arriving and departing guests Change over day SUNDAY flexible out of high season.

Reservation PolicyDetails Prices are per villa per week up to a maximum of 8 people. Arrival day Sunday, price is all inclusive of electricity, water and heating

Payments: a deposit of €100 required at time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We accept Credit Cards as a method of payment and all transactions are made in Euros. There is a 3.5% charge for credit card payments. We will also accept and Euro bank transfers.

Cancellation PolicyCancellations The reservation deposit is non refundable.

Cancellation within 8-4 weeks 50 % refund (less deposit)

Less than 4 weeks 0% refund.
