Description This apartment is located in a typical modernist building from Eixample, in the herat of Barcelona. The building and the apartment have been refurbished last year. The apartment is located in a 5th floor, therefore has lots of light and the building as an elevator
In the 65m2 you will find an spacious entrance, where you will access the large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, casseroles and plates. From the kitchen you can access an small terrace. On the other side of the apartment you will find one single bedroom very quiet and the bathroom with shower. Finally, you get into the luminous living room with tv and dvd, sofa bed and dinning table. Last room in the apartment is the comfortable bedroom with double bed NotesThe area where the apartment is located will make you feel like a real barcelonian during your stay ;-) In the area you will find any kind of store for shopping (either clothes or food) and also several restaurants, cafes, theatres and cinemas. Moreover you have several public transport in the area and you can also walk to Plaça Catalunya and Ramblas
