Reservation Policy1 month minimum rental
* Additional weeks can be added at the rate of $525/ week

* 4 Person maximum per night

* We do not have daily maid service, but the condominium will be clean upon your arrival with fresh bed linens and plenty of towels for each bathroom. * If you are with us for an extended amount of time, maid service can be requested for an additional charge.

* A Security Deposit is payable via any major credit card in order to make a reservation. This deposit will be promptly refunded to you after your keys are turned in minus any damage to the unit or its contents.

* Entire balance of rental is due at the time you check in payable by cash or major credit card only.

* No smoking.

* No pets of any kind.

* Due to the nature of the condominium and the community we prefer children over the age of 12, or under 1 year old.

* This is a homeowner community and therefore quiet hours are to be observed. Monday - Friday 10 pm to 8 am, Saturday and Sunday 11 pm to 9 am * Non-observance of this will result in prompt eviction.

* Full disclosure of rules and regulations will be presented with Rental Agreement upon check in.

Cancellation PolicyReservation MUST be cancelled 1 week in advance or entire deposit will be forfeited.

* You cannot stay past pre-agreed to rental term unless discussed and confirmed in writing by Landlord.

* If you choose to check out before the end of your rental agreement, you will be charged 20% of a full day's rental for each un-used day left in your rental agreement.
